Purva Naturals began in 2010 when Raja Sankar, then a Director at Cognizant, left his corporate job to pursue meaningful work in organic farming. Starting with an 8-acre coconut farm in Pollachi, he went fully organic from day one, despite a 50% drop in yield. With patience, compost, and care, his trees recovered — but the market didn’t value organic coconuts. So, Raja and his friend Ravi created a unique cold-press oil extraction rotor that preserves purity and nutrients by maintaining low temperatures. With this innovation, Purva Naturals was born. Today, we produce cold-pressed coconut, sesame, and groundnut oils, sourced from trusted organic farms.
